Envision Now (Pty) Ltd Terms and Conditions of Service
- The proposal is valid for 30 days.
- All invoices will be submitted from Envision Now (Pty) Ltd.
- Envision Now (Pty) Ltd do not report statement of conformity, decision rule lies with client.
- Prices will be charged in ZAR (within the boundaries of South Africa) and in USD (outside the boundaries of South Africa).
- The above quotes/fees are inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise indicated.
- The total costs set out above include the professional fees for the work outlined in this proposal. Individual rates are displayed for transparency and also to outline the cost per different scope of work.
- Work will only commence once a firm, official order or purchase order has been received.
- Any other agreed additional work will be charged on a new separate quote for approval.
- The proposal assumes a single review and revision to the draft reports, with comments on the draft received within one working week of submission.
- The client shall pay in full the net amount of each invoice submitted by Envision Now (Pty) Ltd within 30 days of the date thereof.
- This work is commissioned by Envision Now (Pty) Ltd and their client on terms specifically limiting the liability of the authors. Envision Now (Pty) Ltd will conduct the work with all reasonable skill, care and diligence within the terms of the contract with the client. Our conclusions are the results of the exercise of our professional judgment based in part on materials and information provided by the client and others, in respect of any matters outside the scope of work.
- Confidentiality of information: Envision Now (Pty) Ltd shall be responsible for the management of all information obtained or created during the performance of inspection/survey activities at the Client, but do not accept any responsibility of whatsoever nature to third parties to whom the deliverables, or any part thereof is made known. Envision Now (Pty) Ltd shall inform the Client, in advance, of any information it intends to place in the public domain. Except for information that the Client makes publicly available, or when agreed between the Inspection body and the Client (e.g. for the purpose of responding to complaints), all other information is considered proprietary information and shall be regarded as confidential. When Envision Now (Pty) Ltd is required by law or authorized by contractual commitments to release confidential information, the Client shall, unless prohibited by law, be notified of the information provided. Any and all information in Envision Now (Pty) Ltd possession may be scrutinized by the Chief Inspector of the Department of Labour at any time, or by duly authorized representatives of SANAS in fulfilment of their mandate as an Accreditation Body. Envision Now (Pty) Ltd shall ensure that appropriate confidentiality agreements are in place and information about the Client obtained from other sources (e.g. complainant or regulator) shall be kept confidential.
- The Client shall grant Envision Now (Pty) Ltd access to documented inspections/survey/monitoring history, to the extent that is required for the Quoted Scope of Work to be fully completed. Also, Envision Now (Pty) Ltd will allow Client to Visit and/or conduct Audit when timely notice was given.
- The Client is responsible for safe site access. The Client shall notify Envision Now (Pty) Ltd timeously of any specific safety requirements that Envision Now (Pty) Ltd has to comply with before being granted access to the site.
- The Client shall ensure that key personnel responsible for the items being delivered/Collected be available during the agreed period of the delivery/collection.
- Should anything prevent the Jobs from proceeding, as planned, Envision Now (Pty) Ltd and the Client shall attempt to reschedule or sub contract the preparing, analysing, reporting, delivery, collection, to minimize expenses incurred. Should expenses already have been incurred, these shall be borne by Envision Now (Pty) Ltd.
- Should default by the Client on any of Points 12; 13; 14 or 15 above prevent the order from being completed as planned, the Client shall be liable for all expenses quoted. Additional professional time on site, as well as logistics expenses (e.g. additional accommodation or vehicle rental) shall also be invoiced to the Client.
- If a medical assessment or lengthy induction is required before work can commence this (and all costs associated with this assessment) e.g. labour, accommodation, and travel will be for the client’s bill.
